Heritage Hall Clintwood was one of the first nursing homes built in Southwest Virginia as part of our original mission to create access to medical care for seniors in this rural area. The community has always embraced our facility, and has provided us with many physicians, staff members, faithful community volunteers, and a working local Advisory Board.
Services provided include: Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Hospice Care, Occupational Therapy, Extended Care and Respite Care.
